IT Technical Writer:
1. English proficiency orally and in written
2. Sound knowledge of Software Development Languages (VB/C++/Java/Delphi, SQL and infrastructure), SDLC and Project Management
3. Able to do requirement gathering, analysis and design
4. Able to produce professional and sophisticated IT technical document, including Requirement Document, Specification Document, Design Document, Test Scenario, Test Plan, Procedure, etc.
5. Able to meet deadlines and able to work in high pressure environment
6. Well organized, High initiative, and detail oriented
7. Creative and have positive attitude
8. Have a good interpersonal skills, including team work, good communication, and escalation skill

IT Business Analyst:
1. English proficiency orally and in written
2. Must have strong logical analysis skills and technical skills in system analysis and programming
3. Sound knowledge of banking processes
4. Knowledge of SDLC processes and system development methodology
5. Able to do requirement gathering, analysis and design
6. Able to produce professional and sophisticated IT technical document, including Requirement Document, Specification Document, Design Document, Test Scenario, Test Plan, Procedure, etc.
7. Able to meet deadlines and able to work in high pressure environment
8. Well organized, High initiative, and detail oriented
9. Creative and have positive attitude
10. Have a good interpersonal skills, including team work, good communication, and escalation skill

IT Application Support:
1. English proficiency orally and in written
2. Sound knowledge of Software Development, SDLC and Project Management
3. Strong Logical Analysis and Independent Problem Solving skills
4. Strong Software Development skill programming background (VB/C++/Java/Delphi) and DB (SQL server)
5. Able to provide sophisticated technical documentation
6. Able to meet deadlines and able to work in high pressure environment
7. High initiative, Positive attitude and customer oriented
8. Have a good interpersonal skills, including team work, good communication, and escalation skill

IT Change Management Reviewer
1. Must have strong logical analysis skills and technical skills in system analysis and programming
2. Sound knowledge of banking processes

4. Knowledge in quality assurance methodology and testing processes.
5. Detailed oriented, Well organized
6. Initiative and independence
7. High stress tolerance
